"Elsie" Arbaugh
In Loving Memory of Elsie Beloved pet of the Arbaugh family
Elsie came to us on 12/26/18. She was neglected and hurting. Nerve damage in her back and overgrown nails. After we fixed the hurt, she was a lover of anyone who came to visit. She had her own special habits, and is missed dearly. She would have been 14 in Nov.
