It's been over a year now Shelby and we still miss you terribly. However I want to thank you for sending two new angels our way back in the end of March almost 9 months after you had to leave us. Jayde reminds me so much of you...albeit she is smaller than you at about 60 pounds at 9 months old...a smaller German Shepherd Dog...apparently a runt like you were but also the one in charge and a super smart bugger too. Her brother Max is a giant goofball but now at 80 pounds can be a handful. Bigger and probably stronger than you but I don't think he knows his strength. I think you sent him for comedic relief and as a foil for Jayde. I know this is an online memory site, but I wanted to put my thanks in writing. Not only for our new perfect family members but also to thank you for being the wonderful, loyal girl for almost 14 years. I wish you could've stayed and eventually met the pups. Even Drako (remember your human sister Mari's pitbull puppy?) and the pups get along. He was a bit lost without you at first but now they all keep each other company. Anyway, signing off for now. Always thinking about you and someday we'll see each other again over the Rainbow Bridge. Love Mom (Patty)
